The product is 3 stars. I have been using PureSleep for many years and it works. The quality of the product has somewhat gone downhill over the last couple of years but it still works well. I think it is lower quality materials which make the mouthpiece less comfortable.

These devices used to work good, but they have cut back on the material in the mold and it doesn’t form a good enough imprint of your teeth anymore.

Expensive, & also causes teeth to shift. Should be able to purchase ONE at a time instead if 2 for $59.99

When I am wearing the device it helps but I can still snore at night, it also falls out of my mouth every night. If there was a way to keep the Device in place it may be slightly more effective.

Product works great but reordering is a joke. You have to jump through loopholes to reorder. And if you live in California they charge you tax on shipping. They found a loophole that if they combine handling and shipping they can charge you tax on the shipping. Just another way to make a buck.
