It definitely helps, but doesn’t keep me from snoring completely.

The Pure Sleep Mouth Guards sometimes create sores in my mouth and must not be used for a few days. Otherwise, they are better than any other sleeping aid I have tried. They are also the most expensive but I think the design and function are worth the extra cost.

Best thing I have tried to prevent snoring. My wife loves it more than I do! I haven't slept so good in years. I wake up rested in the morning. Highly recommended.

Great product that is in fact very effective. The only caution is that it is often difficult to set the moth-guard correctly when fitting it. It often ends up off center or not holding the teeth correctly resulting in a wasted product and the need for a new one. I'd say thins happens about 25% of the time.

Product arrived on time and well packaged. This product is less bulky as other products used. The one thing I would recommend is to have more adjustment options. I have bought this product twice and would recommend it.
