The product is delivered in a timely manner. My dog that has extremely bad allergies is doing much better since I've been giving her pure paw. I've tried other products but she would have bad reactions to them,this is the only product she has done well with.

Wonderful for my dog’s itchy ears! Also, customer service is top notch-notch! When I didn’t receive an order, another was IMMEDIATELY dispatched. Not this “Let’s just wait and see” attitude. They kept in constant contact to make sure it was received. I appreciate their concern for customer satisfaction!

My dog likes the product and we have noticed that he recovers more quickly after exercise. And I am talking about 60 or more times chasing the ball the length of the dog park.

This product has made a big difference in my dog’s life. She has very minimal Scratching. She used to be on Apoquel and I wanted her off it because it’s not good for her system and organs. Since she has been on pure paws, the vet said her skin looks a lot better 😊 and I am so happy I found this product. Thank you !!!!!!

Healthier dog..definitely less scratching and cleaner ears!

This product is great! It is the first product that I’ve used that actually works. My dogs ears are better since using no more scratching or shaking his head. He is only 8 and really wasn’t very happy before using but he has been on it now for over two months and he is no longer scratching has more energy and is just happy. So glad I gave this product a chance I almost did not buy because of so many other products that just did not work.

I started my dog Amber on this program on 2/28/26, I had several questions before I started mixing it with her food and after I started the program as she can be very stubborn at times, I emailed Sheerah several times with questions and she always responded quickly and was very helpful. I feel like I've made a friend. Amber weighs over 90 lbs and Sheerah was very helpful in advising what dose per feeding she should get the 1st 3 days and the amount to increase the dose to going forward ie: days 4 -6 and 7 on. She is currently on day 6. We also discussed the fact that I was mixing the product with water, how much water I was using and that I was doing everything right. Amber looks forward to her meal time. When she see the pouch, she comes and sits by my side and waits for me to put her dish down. In the morning she would always go for her water first now it is her food. I am really hoping this product works so I can get her off the Apoquel which works for a while but is not a permanent solution but that's a discission to be had with the vet. So far Amber hasn't had any adverse reactions. I will continue to keep an eye on her and hope she continues to do well. Very happy with the product so far.
