Dreadful shipping times. The glove itself...what can I say? Don't waste your money. Colossal rip-off. Doesn't remove hair from car seats at all, and that's the main reason I bought this overpriced over hyped product. Rubbish. No different from any other similar product on the market

Still haven't received my order, horrible customer service hard to get in touch with anybody. Ships from overseas ordered over 2 weeks ago and still have not got it. Tried to get my money back and they wouldn't do that either. Will never order from this company again

Absolutely not! I was going to purchase a cheaper version on Amazon but got hoodwinked by the advertisement saying that all gloves weren’t equally as effective. So I purchased the glove from Pure Path. Not only didn’t it work, like AT ALL, on either my vehicle upholstery or couch, but when I went to return the product, I was met with the same moronic response, even when I explained what went wrong: “We need either a photo or video showing the product not working,” WHAT??? When the glove didn’t work, I dug out the Shop-Vac and spent 30 minutes cleaning out my vehicle because I didn’t want dog hair in it. Pure Path will not refund my money because no photographic or video proof exists. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND THE HEADACHE!

This product is advertised as the PurePath glove to pull embedded hair from a surface. We tried it on numerous surfaces, vehicle seat, vehicle floor and couch. This glove didn't pull up hair at all . I contacted the company and sent them a video of the glove failing, for a full refund. After many attempts, I was told they will only give me a partial refund. What a scam this product and their guarantee is, don't fall for it.

This does not work as advertised. Nor does the company guaratee the product as advertised. They are giving me the run around to return it.

The Pure Path pet hair removal glove is a hoax. It does NOT work as shown on their website. In order to pick up any pet hair, you have to rub extremely hard, and then with your fingernails pull the hair out of the glove. A complete waste of time and energy. As for the company, they did respond to my concern fairly quickly. They asked for a video which I provided and then asked for access to my Google drive. I highly doubt I will get any positive outcome from them. SO PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

⚠️ BUYERS BEWARE – Their “money-back guarantee” did NOT work as advertised in my experience. PurePath advertises its product with a money-back guarantee, which was one of the reasons I felt confident ordering from them. Well, the glove DOES NOT remove the pet hair as advertised. I sent PurePath a VIDEO showing the sofa full of hair BEFORE using the glove, me actually using the glove, and the sofa AFTERWARDS with the hair still there. So what happened to the advertised money-back guarantee? Instead of giving me a full refund, they offered me **30%**. I refused. Then they came back offering **50%**. Seriously? I paid 100% for a product based on THEIR promises. The product doesn't perform as advertised, I provided the video evidence THEY requested, and now I have to negotiate to get my own money back? A “money-back guarantee” means very little if, when a customer actually asks to use it, they are offered only a fraction of their money back. I have all the emails and video evidence documenting this experience. Think carefully before ordering.

It's been three months now and I still haven't received the items I ordered, even though they're available for purchase!!! When I ask where the items are, I get the reply, “Sorry, we'll ship them right away.” And now they do not respond to email’s.
