VERY DISAPPOINTED. Website is very hard to navigate and once something was in your cart you couldn’t remove it so I had to place the order thinking I’d just return the extra items. Well they won’t refund or take them back. Said because of the checkout process!!?? Site really feels like a scam. The items were never opened and encased in plastic. Really feels like a scam

The produkt never shows up. Its now been 40 days since I ordered the glove. I have communicated a few times with their customer support. The 1st time after 2 weeks, they wrote they would follow up, which they didn’t. The 2nd time another 2 weeks later, they wrote they were missing the address. I sent it again, eventhough i could see in the Shop app, that it was correct. They confirmed to have received it. The status today is still: waiting for info. The money was of cause taken from my account at the day of the order as any fraud company would do. I know it will never show up, so I want to warn everyone from buying from them. Update 7th of October-26. Still no produkt or refund, just a normal scam Company.

BEWARE! This company is a joke. I bought the Purepath gloves for pet hair removal. The company promise a 60 day money back guarantee and no need for any explanation. Guess what? It's a BIG LIE . I was told Return/refund is not guaranteed. You need to go through a lengthy process for a small refund. It will take several emails before you get a response. Then they will ask the reason for return/refund. Afterwards, they want you to submit a photo or video to verify the condition and issue with the product to open a case for refund. REALLY? Btw, I submitted my request for return/refund only few days after delivery. This is probably their way to get consumers tired of pursuing for a refund and they got to keep your money.

Definitely does not work as advertised. Very disappointed! Tried to get money back but the aggravation wasn’t worth it. Do not fall for their marketing scam🤬

I purchased the product in the hope that it would remove dog hair from my automobile upholstery. It failed to do so completely. Would not pick up any hair. I have a video for proof. Hoping for a refund.

What a useless piece of kit. I can’t believe I fell for it. Does NOT remove hair from my car or the sofa. It might work on other material, all it does here is move hair about. Back and forth horizontally just spreads the hair. Complete waste of money and I bought 2!!!

Sadly I never received my order because the GOFO delivery service PurePath uses is not reliable in my area. Because the delivery service uses independent contractors, some of us customers get lucky and some don't. Unfortunately, I was one of the latter and their offshore customer support was useless in resolving the local delivery challenges. Pursuing a refund from PurePath has been unsuccessful so far because there's no customer service number and I've never received a response to my online complaint.
