While I was awaiting delivery I was fearful after reading these reviews, it took ages to get the delivery because they used Evri (who were useless) so that loses a star. All 4 I ordered came with the Purepath logo and work exactly as shown in the Facebook ads I saw. I can only think there's a scammer out there pretending to be this company because, aside from the courier, I have had no problems. I really was worried by the reviews but I think I must have found a legit ad and others are going to a scammer. Hopefully the mitts last and don't break apart because you do have to be firm with them. I'll be very upset and reviewing again if there's a problem.

Ho comprato sul sito e solo dopo mi è venuto in mente di leggere qui le recensioni. Tutte negative, avevo paura che non arrivasse mai l'ordine. Invece è arrivato senza problemi in tempi rapidissimi (11 giorni a partire dalla data di ordine). Il prodotto funziona come nel video!

Ordered from their website, took about 3 weeks to arrive. As others have noted it doesn't say Purepath on it, but Pet Designed by X-Pet. However it works well, not the miracle shown in the advertising, but pretty effective in removing cat hair from carpets and cushions. You do still need to vacuum sometimes too.

Ordered through their website which looked genuine and very professional. I had one of these gloves already in a cheap crappy version so wanted to get the real deal after seeing their impressive ads scraping off soo much hair!! Shipping took a while so checked their tracking system and realised it was coming from China! Customer Service nicely assured me in a email that my items were coming but I started to panic that I’ve been scammed cos things looked rather dodgy.. Then 2 weeks later the gloves turned up exactly as described, hard sturdy material nicely packaged with proper logo. To my amazement after all the gloves turned out to be brilliant, I’m getting off soo much hair from the carpet it’s crazy! You gotta do it exactly as shown on the video keep swiping left to right to get all those skinny ‘fur sausages’.. Based on my experience yes I would purchase from them again and would recommend these guys as well just be aware of the shipping time..

So this branded friction glove/pad DOES work just as shown on the website to get rid of fluff, fur on upholstery and clothing. People claiming it doesn’t are using it wrong. It’s slightly thicker (thicker foam pad) than the cheaper unbranded ones on Amazon for sure. But at almost £19 each, I’m not sure it’s actually worth double the price of the Amazon ones which I also have - which also work. These things will cost pennies to make so it’s a shame the price is hiked like this. This one has a different name on it — PET designed by X-pet — not as shown in the video. Amazon unbranded ones took 3 days to arrive with a two for one price at £15, this one took just over two weeks at £19 each which led me to panic and believe I had been scammed. It came from China going by the online tracking info. They were responsive to my couple of emails but they really should manage the initial delivery expectations better.
