It takes ages for the product to arrive from China. This is not made clear on the website. I thought I was dealing with a UK company. I complained about the time the delivery was taking, that seemed to trigger some action on my order and it finally started moving. The product - Gloves - isn't any better or any worse at removing Cat hair, than anything else.
