Immediately after my order, my credit card was used fraudulently on ebay for several purchases. I paid extra for FedEx priority shipping, ut the package was sent by some bullshit 3rd party. After 2 weeks I received a notification that the package was at my door, which of course it was not. No response from customer service.

Total and utter scam! Quick to take money but useless to refund it when the product doesn't arrive. Numerous email to and fro, still no refund just pathetic excuses. Reply to my email today requesting a full refund......... I’ve already escalated this and made a request to get an update as quickly as possible. Please rest assured we are taking this seriously and working to provide a resolution for you. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and ask for a little more time. Scam!!! Keep moving and don’t throw your money away. Made in China and is not worth $5. They do not refund and should’ve read reviews some didn’t even get anything for their money

This is not related to pure path compound pharmacy. This is an app that belongs to a different company all together.

Do not work like the video shows at all. Wish I’d looked at the reviews first.

Delivery time is estimated at more than a month after purchase and I have had to download an unwanted app even to be able to see the estimated delivery date. The app wants my details and feels scammy. I paid a bit more thinking this was a genuine product rather than a copy, but it’s just a money grab. Haven’t even received it yet, but the process so far has been an utter pain. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND AVOID！

Simply doesn’t work. Stick with a lint roller. They are clearly using AI videos to advertise and making an enormous amount of profit on a cheap and useless product.

Watse of time energy and money, the product never arrived, and they requested me to pay again to resend it. It never did.
