PurepathReviews of purepath.app

They lured the potential buyers with a gift bag if they purchased from them. By that way, they can beat the other competitors. But when they delivered, they didn’t deliver any gift bag and I complained about it. They just said it was computer errors. Mysterious gift bag was not included. And their PurePath gloves are completely useless. It doesn’t work at all. Don’t let them scam you. I also keep the screenshots to prove it.

Trash!!!!!

This company are thieves. Took my money, claimed to have shipped a product. Evri, predictably, lost it (assuming they *did* actually ship anything). PurePath refuse to take any responsibility or refund me, compensate me or replace the item. Avoid like the plague.

We ordered this product weeks ago and still no delivery. Terrible service.

Scam online shop. I ordered the product at the end of April; it’s now mid-July, and I still haven't received the shipment. They just keep making excuses.

Promises of fast delivery but never arrived. Tracking the order requires an additional app that collects your data and wants access to your phone but then doesn’t tell you where your order is.

SCAM ALERT!! I placed an order, after a week I emailed and asked for a tracking number, they responded they didn't have the order, I sent them the order confirmation, they responded they didn't have my address. I sent them THEIR confirmation with my address. They said it was a conflict with an order in Europe (I'm in US). I responded that all I wanted was a tracking number. They said they would forward to their internal team for review. Nothing but stalling and ridiculous responses. I don't believe they have a product. I've canceled my order, disputed the charge with my credit card but have no confidence I'll see a refund. DON'T be fooled.

Still refusing to refund for product not recieved so as I have already told them I will leave another review until eventually they refund my money. Telling me to get in touch with courier when under UK law the contract is between themselves and the courier. This will continue.
