Ordered the Speedy Tail 2.0, received it in a squashed box and it stopped turning on in less than two weeks. I sent them a video of the issue and they only offered a 50% refund. You can get the same toy for half the price on Amazon.

I can’t get in touch with anyone about my order! By reading these reviews it looks like we have all been scammed. Going to try to get a refund through my bank. I can’t believe I fell for this. Live and learn I guess. 😡

Absolute scam. Do not waste your money. Customer service is totally useless. I ordered the gloves but only received a flea comb and a brush. They will not refund, nor correct the order. Stay away!

Wish l would of read reviews absolutely terrible product stick to the vacuum & lint rollers doest get it up like in the videos.

Ordered mid July, now mid August, mailed them, reply "order being processed" scam theft, stay away. Going to take this further and through social media.

Probably one of the worst customer service interactions that I’ve had in years. I rarely take the time to write reviews. I just deal with things and move on. But I believe this company needs to be exposed so other people don’t make the mistake of doing business with them. I ordered one of their pet hair removal pads over a week ago and they’ve been telling me for a week that it’s in transit and I’m going to receive it any day now if I’ll just remain patient … except that the tracking number hasn’t changed in over a week. As a matter fact, it still shows that the post office is awaiting the item, so no, it’s not in transit. It was still showing it was at the airport in CHINA while they were telling me it was already at the warehouse in Texas! The post office hasn’t even received it yet according to PurePath’s tracking that they kept giving me as “proof” it was on the way. I’ve been patient for over a week but I finally gave up and asked for my money back and was REFUSED. They said they can’t do it now because it’s already been shipped, which is a lie because it has not shipped from their warehouse here in America. Avoid this company like the plague. They are dishonest, don’t listen to the customers, have their products made in China and not here in the USA, and they use that fake corporate “empathy speak” about how they understand my feelings and they’re sorry it hasn’t arrived. That doesn’t cut it. Either deliver it within a reasonable amount of time or refund the customer their money. Keep the customer happy. RULE #1 OF RUNNING A BUSINESS. Don’t argue with a customer when clearly the shipping method your company uses can’t deliver or track items in a timely manner. Don’t gaslight your customers. Don’t blame the customer for being impatient when your company can’t be honest about its own delivery department. I could go on about another one of their products (the washing machine cleaning tablets) but I won’t. Buy a knock-off pet hair remover on Amazon. It’s probably made in the same factory, costs substantially less, and will arrive in a day or two. PurePath is pure B.S.

If I could give zero stars or lower, I would. I ordered their buy 2 get 2 free offer which came with free gifts. I checked my order status a couple of days later and noticed they were only sending the "free" items, but I paid for these and no gloves. I emailed them straight away and they keep telling me my order only shows the "free" items (which conveniently comes to the same price as the bundle) they won't send out the gloves even though I've paid the bundle price and told me to be more vigilant when ordering. I've since realised I've been scammed my this company before, I bought the silent trimmers and silent nail grinder and extra discs for the grinder but only received the trimmer and grinder but just let it go about the discs as it wasn't my main concern. I now suspect they charge people for whatever they want and only send partial orders. You can't prove the items were in your basket at the time of purchase so you just have to live with it. Absolutely disgusting.

Took money, never updated the order and no response to anything.
