delivery was a terrible experience
delivery was a terrible experience. I had to help move the furniture myself even after paying for delivery.

We apologize for the delivery experience. Our standard shipping is curbside delivery only, but we did add inside delivery to your order per your request. We have discussed the issues with the shipping company and will not hire them in the future for white glove or inside delivery services. Great Customer Service
I was in the process of moving and did not want my item shipped to my new address and inadvertently had the wrong street number for where I wanted it shipped. I was without internet for a couple of days and when I go back online I found that the USPS has returned the item. I contacted Pure Modern and they immediately followed up and sent the returned item to the correct address. Was very impressed with their customer service representative and would highly recommend them and will use them for future purposes.
