I ordered a bar stool, and anticipated it to take a little longer to arrive due to the Holidays. However, I was happy when it arrived ahead of schedule. Putting it together was so simple, and it does look great in my kitchen.

Poor coordination with their suppliers, poor follow through on credits/refunds, I had to call to get a refund which had been promised.

Thank you for your feedback. We researched your order and agree that there was a time lapse in processing your return. It was an isolated problem with this particular supplier and we have since resolved our return processes to greatly speed up the time to issue refunds. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Best Regards, PureModern Customer Service Team

I was looking for oversized outdoor pots to act as a focal point in my courtyeard. PureModern had lots to pick from. The staff was particularly helpful in making sure I had thought everything through before finalizing my purchase.

We ordered some adhesive window screening - what do you call it? - for a ground floor bathroom window. So many patterns to choose from, we chose a geometric that looked great with the tile floor and modern look of the room.
