I called several storage facilities in Merced. Robin at Purely Storage called me right back and she answered all my questions while being very polite. I would recommend Purely Storage to everyone. The facility is clean and I feel my treasures are safe. They are professional while very nice. I'm happy I found Purely Storage. By the way not one other storage facility ever returned my call. I got quick, friendly service from Purely Storage. I moved to town, and showed up the day of my move. They set me up with the right sized storage unit immediately. All the units are conveniently placed and easily accessible.

Love the staff during the week. They have been super helpful.

My initial rental was different than normal due to the fact I was unable to be there in person for the first month. They worked through the problem with me and it was greatly appreciated. When I filled out the application in person, it was ready when I got there and finished the process with ease.
