Thanks Nancy, unfortunately we don't have a manager on site 24/7 so unless there is an emergency there isn't anyone there to look up your code after hours. I'd recommend using a number you're familiar with or writing it down somewhere safe so you aren't stuck with this issue again. Please let us know if we can help you with this.

Thanks for letting us know Angela, unfortunately there is nothing we can do about the timing of the gate as we do have some larger moving trucks that need to be able to get through, however you don't have to wait for it to close. You can go right on in to your unit and anyone that attempts to follow you in will be dealt with accordingly as they are trespassing.
