My experience there waws a sign outside the RD 26 in Madera for 1st month rent half off first month rent. When I decided to go with Purely Storage this did help me decide. when I went into the office to rent a space the young women was nice. When I asked about the special she said oh that special is no longer running. I said the sign says there is the half special she again stated it's no longer valid since we are now almost full. I said you have take that sign down that's not kool for people thinking that they will get a first month break with that special. The sign was still up 3wks after. I haven't driven by to see if it is still up. On a good note the storage space was clean.

Not a bad place but not very big storage area it's overpriced and if your there after 7pm you get locked in, you also have to buy your own lock and key staff is pleasant, it's probably standard to everywhere else in the area
Response from Purely StorageFeb 28, 2018
Thank you for the feedback. We are in the process of lengthening our access hours from 6am-10pm for your convenience. We appreciate your feedback.

No problem with this place in function.I rent two units there. The price is another issue. Two price increases since they bought this place (in a year).

Jim, thanks for the feedback. We're still hoping to be the more affordable and give the most value. If you find the same size space somewhere else for less, I hope that you'll give us the opportunity to make it right. Thank you for your business.

I have had no problems with this storage facility. My only complaint is that they offer 2 free months to those just now signing up for a space. Seems like they could offer a special rate to the loyal customers that pay on time every month for a year or more.
Response from Purely StorageFeb 28, 2018
Thank you for sharing with us. We will offer you 2 months free if you pay for 10 months. Please talk with the manager there. Thank you for your business.
