My lock was cut and unit broken into less than 12 hours after moving in. Unfortunately, I learned then that there are no cameras with a view of the units in my building/floor. Based on what we do know, it was likely a fellow renter that perpetrated the break-in. Purely Storage seems to be more concerned with protecting the other tenant than providing me with even an inkling of feeling like my belongings are secure. Their only resolution was to move me into another unit that is less than comparable to what I have.

I hope that since this Purely Storage bought the Stor-Rite out that we get the same as Stor-Rie. I have had bad experience with Purely Storage of rent going up, up. I can’t afford this & will have to move. I hope not. I still don’t think that it’s right that we have to pay for insurance. That’s an indication of raising the rent. GT
