They are sums they kept telling I was OK I did not have the money I was in a bad spot and did not get any cash that mouth I called the lady and she saidbthat she will work with is it will be OK I was cool I did not want to lose my kids stuff and then the next call ingot like a week late was them saying we are selling your storage if you don't have like 256 and some I was I just talk to someone about is and I was OK .they where like we don't know who you talk to someone this is what it is .so all comes down I lost my kids and my stuff they wouldn't even let me get my kids pic and baby stuff out of it

I got this storage place because it is near home and had gave me a good deal. So I ended up renting this storage they promised me that I was going to get the deal Of paying 74.86 for the first 2 months and from there it was going to rise to the normal payment .... so today I went in to pay my 2 month and they didn’t give me what the person that got me started there at this storage place. They justified it with that one person does not work there anymore and that they are trying to fix the mess she made ? That is totally not our fault. The Bad thing is that the lady that got me started there apparently didn’t register anything on the computer. So I had to pay a different amount they had told me and instead of helping me out FIXING THERE MESS , they were okay with me just canceling my unit space really rude people not good customer service . What a disappointment in the facility in buckeye ! Would not recommend this storage place

I contacted this company and some others to store my property before leaving on a 2 month vacation to Europe. I chose this facility because it was closer to my house that I had just sold and had to vacate prior to my vacation. They were not the cheapest, just more convenient, and the employee I had contact with was very helpful and courteous. after paying the necessary fees and later placing my storage container on the property, I was contacted a couple of days later and told I had to remove my property and my contract was terminated. Also I was told if I did not do this my property would be removed at my expense and sold to pay for the cost and I could be sued. I was told this by the so called Manager, someone I had not dealt with until now. She was the most rude and arrogant person I think I have ever dealt with in all my life, she would not listen to reason as I explained to her that I was allowed to store my container and they watched me deliver it and told me where I could drop it. I even contacted the owner and they were of no help whatsoever. as I said before I had was notified of this 2 days before leaving the country for 2 months. This has caused me significant financial and emotional stress, I would not do business with this company under no circumstances whatsoever, the only good thing I would have to say about my experience was the person I originally had contact was very kind and understanding. She was the only person that had any understanding and compassion dealing with my situation. It is a shame that she has to work for a company with such little regard for their mistakes and their actions. If I could give them NO Stars I would! Michael

Rats got into my unit and the majority of items are ruined. I have rented from purely storage in the past and never had a rodent problem. I am curious as to policy on things that happen like this are handled.

I paid for a storage for the month and then 2 days later I decided not to use the storage place. When I called the lady told me that they don’t do refunds. I said I didn’t use the place or even punch in any codes. She was rude to me and said that they are not going to give me my money back. I was very unhappy about that and the service. When I first went there they had a baby running around the office and making alot of noises. I really couldn’t understand this lady. I thought to myself is this a day care or bring kids to work. I thought that was unprofessional in a business. I will never use this business again. The place was dirty.

Unfortunately, what I assumed was going to be a positive experience in dealing with your business turned out to be very negative. I had talked in person to your manager, Vanessa, several times about renting a unit. Each time, I brought up the fact that I wanted to rent a unit that was having a 50% off discount for the first month. When I finally consummated the transaction and signed the paperwork, I expected to get the Sale Price. My receipt was emailed to my cell phone, but because the fine print is so minuscule I did not review it. It was not until I got my credit card statement three weeks later did I notice that I was charged the full amount. I promptly went back to see her and tell her the problem. She actually had the nerve to say that she didn’t really remember that Discount part of our several conversations and that there was nothing she could do about it. Needless to say, I am very unhappy with these events and would appreciate talking to an employee with some responsibility so we can resolve this. After moving my classroom into a storage unit here I found out this company will not prorate the month. I needed to put my classroom in storage due to changing schools in the upcoming school year. I needed a unit for two months and five days. I only needed five more days until I could move into my new classroom. I have to pay for an entire month. I will not be checking out of my until the month I’ve been required to pay for has expired. Teachers have enough extra experiences. I am very disappointed that your storage company is one of them.

Dishonest people who work there. Lots of people live in there storage unit and will rob you blind. Management is high on some type of narcotics and will steal your debit information if you give too much of your own personal information. I am currently filing a lawsuit.
