Placed an order 21st January. Bank and Fraud Squad attached to my Bank warned against this company I should have heeded the warning. Have not received my order. All emails forwarded to the Company - Pure Health Research - are being returned with a MailerDaemon - unable to deliver response. Email sent from the Website of Pure Health Research has also been returned with a MailerDaemon response. I am unable to contact these people to find out where my order is or ask for a refund. I have been shopping online for many years and have dealt with companies in the US with no problems whatsoever. This is the first time something like this has occurred. At a loss as to what to do now!! Has anyone any advice?????

Order placed in December, has not arrived with no resolution. People on the phone are full of excuses with no information to offer. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. I should have read the reviews beforehand-lots of delivery and billing issues:((

This Canadian Client is so happy w/the results from Youth Switch. Despite a major visa card being over billed. Now corrected by the shippers who almost seem separate from the quality illustrated by this product. Ok, so, this client is 73 yrs of age. I feel 20 years younger (not a stimulant) but feels like deep cellular changes as advertised. This person is one month into the therapy and no longer naps midday either.

RECEIVED AN ORDER THAT I DID NOT MAKE. Listened to a video about Brain pills was going to order so foolishly put in my info. Then they kept telling about more and more and more products.At the end they said my order was 97% complete. Talked to my husband and he said not to order. Foolishly did not delete my info. Received a package with 14 bottles - 4 of the brain pills and 10 of something else. Looked at my VISA BILL - WAS CHARGED OVER $500 WHICH IS NEARLY $700 CANADIAN. Called them. Said to return and call to give the tracking number and I would get refund faster. Mailed Dec. 2. Called Dec. 3 - gave tracking number. She said I would get the refund in 72 hours after the package is received. Sent an email Dec. 18. said I had read negative reviews but didn't want do that. Have heard nothing. Cancelled my VISA card and now have to wait for a new one. Spent $30 on phone calls and nearly $50 to mail the package. Read a review that said the products were good but they have changed and just want to make money now.

I signed up to, and bought an exercise video from a guy called Rick Kaselj. Now I just get bombarded by this company, who he's obviously affiliated to. Sitting here in the UK, I find this method of American selling BEYOND off-putting. So glad I came here to read reviews. I will ensure I tell everyone I know, via social media, not to touch them with a barge pole. I know its a numbers game for them and some people will be fool enough to sign up, but I can't keep quiet. And this applies both to Rick and this lot above. The thing that really gets me is that this Dr woman is supposed to be a naturopath and yet she, and the company just feel like a bunch of mega dodgy, second hand car dealers to me. Anyway, I won't be ordering anything, despite my initial interest - they've done a superb job of switching me off permanently - at least we know they're successful at that. Now I've got to try and get away from their, never ending bombardment and cheesy, poisonously sweet and twee style advertising. BTW the videos go so fast, that despite them putting the names (in teeny,tiny print) of research papers at the bottom, you could never see it in order to verify what they are saying. So they are covering their backsides BUT doing it in a way that is cleverly hidden. Tararabit and all...

Always happy with their customer service. Shipping does take awhile but is to be expected as the products are manufactured in the United States. I am happy with the products, especially metabolic reds and sleep formula.

SCAM. I ordered the Fungus Eliminator for help with toenail fungus. The video explaining the science also shared multiple times that there was a "money back guarantee. No questions asked." It said most people experience results within 2 weeks. I uses this for 5 months straight and had zero results. That's ok. Some things aren't right for every body. So I emailed in for my money back. They informed me I wouldn't be able to get my money back unless I sent in the empty bottles. Naturally, as I completed each bottle, I threw the empty bottle away. This was hidden deep in the fine print. They do this so they can get out of their money back guarantee. It's so disgusting that they take advantage of honest people with health concerns in this way. It's absolutely deceitful. Be WARNED.
