You never really know if a supplement like this is actually working—because how would you know how you'd feel without it? But honestly, I’m convinced this one does. Within 2–3 days, I noticed a real difference—especially in my feet. They used to feel sore and painful, with some swelling, but this really helped reduce that. For context, I’m 36 and fairly active, but I was struggling with discomfort in my feet. Since taking this for lymph system support, the swelling has gone down, and they feel much better. This is my third bottle, and I plan to keep taking it because, in my experience, it actually works.
