HIDDEN COSTS
All I wanted was an address to return the product.
A telephone call to the company cost me £70.
When I was finally provided with an address it cost me almost £25 to return it.
When people are desperate to find help with their problems, and are willing to pay for solutions, it seems immoral, to me, to have these HIDDEN costs.
I would advise a thorough research of the companies we deal with, or it can prove to be an expensive exercise.

I am extremely disappointed with this…
I am extremely disappointed with this company. I just wanted to make a single order/purchase of just 1 jar of Liver Health to try the product, and the system simply does not allow the person to complete the purchase until a few more products are included so that the person's order can be processed and completed. The person chooses the "no thanks" option, but the system only makes the purchase if you choose another product. After that, the system sends a receipt with a very high value with all the products that the person did not select to buy, and the system still places it as an order for 6 months! This is absurd! This online purchasing system needs to be reviewed and reprogrammed, because it seems like a fraudulent system, which directs the person's real order to an order for a large quantity of products and monthly delivery times for 6 months, when the person did not request any of this. In other words, my order for a single $26.10 Liver Health order was converted to a total purchase of $548.36 by the online shopping system. So I immediately called the company's customer service to request immediate cancellation or I would report this company to my bank for fraud, since the system redirected my purchase to orders for other products that I had not selected. On the downside, I was able to speak to a customer service person and was able to request the total cancellation of this purchase. Now I will think carefully before considering buying any product online from sites like this. I am really disappointed with this company. I hope this review serves as a warning to other consumers, so that they do not go through stress and disappointment.

Nice product. Pity that their order forms don't handle some foreign addresses well.
Nice product that gets supportive reviews.
Unfortunately I can't get access to the product as my address in Thailand does not fit within the standardised format of the US addressing system. Companies like iHerb and Nutreance seem to have no problem with allowing more space in their input boxes to eliminate the risk of packages not making it to the intended point of delivery.
