I placed an order and immediatly received purchase confirmation. My only issue was that i didnt get shipping or tracking details or even an estimated date of arrival. I contacted the customer service number and quickly got a response, but still no tracking # or details. My shipment got to me within 3 business days, which was the promise on the website. I would recommend this website to a friend.

It ceases to amaze me, God has given us his natural products grown on earth and man still is willing to take synthetics by products and fillers in supplements. I researched on line for over 2 hours to see how the many different products compared. Most of the products added fillers, and other things that are NOT natural and there capsules are Not vegetable capsules. Customer Service is good, shipping is slow, but only slow because of the mass orders. (I call this growing pains). I believe an order should be sent before customer service/company sends out an email that it has shipped. The website could use some upgrades, I entered a discount code to get my price at the old rate, but did not go through. I called customer service to have them give me a credit on the price I paid and the price at old rate. Did NOT happened. I notice the product Black Raspberry worked well with in the week I started using it. My completion, eyes, hair and I started loosing weight and inches without exercising. Overall I am more then pleased.
