I ordered Raspberry Ketones and am still waiting after a week and cannot get the tracking to work. it keeps telling me that i have to enter a different number. well its the only number i have since i am a 1st time customer. someone should look into this issue.

Nancy, US Postal records indicate that your order was delivered today. Paypal funded your order on Thursday, April 5th - normally, we would have shipped the next day, but due to the Good Friday holiday, your order was sent via USPS on Monday, so even with the holiday, your order was received within a week of receiving your payment. Additionally, Paypal (unlike paying directly with a credit card withdraws funds upon placing your order - if you use a credit card directly, then the funds are not withdrawn until your order is shipped by us). I hope this will alleviate your concerns and hope this has not caused you too much of an inconvenience. We certainly appreicate your business! Thank you, Nancy M
