Sigrid, Thank you for your comment. Our shipment usually go out within 24 hours of receipt, however, with the recent Dr. Oz segement on Green Coffee Bean, our orders have increased by 5000%!! We have increased our staff by 4X in the last 7 days to accomodate all customers and orders and are working extra shifts and seven days a week to ensure all orders go out in the order they were received. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to work diligently to work through this very busy time. Thank you, again. We sincerely appreciate your business.

Collen, Please let me apologize for your frustration. We were not aware Dr. Oz was going to feature green coffee bean and have seen a 5000%+ increase in orders and inquiries! We have plent of product available, but we are processing all orders in the order they were received. The survey is sent out 7 days after ordering and historically all orders have been shipped and received in this time frame. This is an unusual situation for us and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this time! Thank you.

Brenda, The recent Dr. Oz segment has delayed our shipments and we apologize for this situation. We had no idea Dr. Oz would be featuring green coffee bean, and although we have plenty of product, our shipping and customer service has been stretched, to say the least! We have quadrupled our staff, added second shifts and working seven days a week to ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and we appreciate your business and understanding as we continue to work diligently to process all orders!

Mirella, We are working diligently to fill all orders in the order we received them. Because of the recent Dr. Oz segment, interest and orders for Pure Green Coffee Bean have risen over 5000% in the last week alone! We understand you are anxious to recieve your order, and are also aware that all brands (even those that are not 100% pure) are somewhat delayed due to the overwhelming demand. We hope you will be patient during this very busy time (we are working 7 days a week and double shifts to accomodate all orders) and you will be receiving a tracking number for your shipment when it goes out. Hi Karina - thank you for your comments. There is an option to order via credit card in our shopping cart so I apologize if you were not able to find this option. We are currenlty shipping all orders, but as our customer service rep noted to you, we are shipping all orders in the order they were received and we increased our personnell and operations to accomodate the huge surge in business. We ask that you be patient with us, as we had no idea Dr. Oz was going to feature pure green coffee bean on his show and therefore, we had no way of preparing for this! We did send out an e-mail to all customers earlier this week expaining that we are inundated and that we are getting to all calls and e-mails in the order they were received - perhaps this went to your junk mail folder. Because we are one of the only sources of 100% pure green coffee bean available, we we are happy to be able to accomodate everyone, we do wish this could be done a little quicker, but I am sure you will be very pleased once you recieve your package. Mandy, I am sorry for your concerns. The Dr. Oz segement escalated interest in our 100% pure product by well over 5000% and we are working multiple shifts to send all orders out in the order they were received as well as to respond to all inquiries. As soon as your order ships (no later than Monday) you will recieve a tracking number via e-mail. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we are increasing our staff substantially to accomodate all interest. Thank you and we will continue to work seven days a week to accommodate all orders!

We were not aware Dr. Oz was going to feature pure green coffee bean on his show and therefore, have been inundated with orders and requests. We did send an e-mail earlier this week - I apologize if you did not recieve it. We wish we would have known of the episode on Dr. Oz and the subsequent response, but are pleased to be able to offer one of the only 100% pure green coffee bean extracts available.
