Penny, Thank you for your comment. Please let me apologize for your frustration. As one of the only suppliers of 100% Pure Green Coffee Bean, we have been overwhelmed with orders, however, we have been working diligently to add staff and shits for accommodate this sudden surge in orders. We anticipate being caught up on all orders by the end of this week! Regarding payment, since you paid via Paypal, your credit card was charged immediately as this is Paypal's policy - we have no control over their policies. Customers who pay via credit card in our cart are never charged until the order is shipped. I hope this helps to alleviate your concerns and apologize again for the inconvenience. Lisa, Please let me apologize for your frustration. We understand this is not an optimal situation, however, we received the majority of the orders for Pure Green Coffee Bean on the day the Dr. Oz show aired, and we had no way of knowing the impact the show would have! We have been working diligently to increase our staff and will be caught up with all orders by the end of the week and will also be back on our regular schedule of shipping out within 24 hours of receipt of order. Dennis, Please let me apologize for your frustration. Please let me personally assure you, it is not our intention to betray anyone. We have thousands of satisfied customers and the recent Dr. Oz segment on Pure Green Coffee Bean has increased our business by over 5000% in the last week alone! We ARE shipping all orders out in the order in which they were received and have added numerous staff and shifts to accommodate the surge in business. As our mission states, we are a group of health enthusiasts that only want to provide 100% pure products, with nothing added, since these are difficult to find in the marketplace! It am saddended that our unexpected surge in business has led you to want to recruit others to boycott Pure Health and would ask that you reconsider this action. We have worked tirelessly to rectify the situation and are scheduled be to be completely caught up by the end of this week and back on our schedule of shipping all orders within 24 hours by next week. Hi Kelvin, Thank you for your comments. I see your order was placed on April 26th, the day of the Dr. Oz segement on 100% pure green coffee bean. First, please let me apologize for the delay in your shipment and also, please let me ask that you be patient with us. We had no way of knowing Dr. Oz would be speaking about pure green coffee bean and we received such an increase in orders on that one day alone, we are still packing orders from the 26th at this time! We have added shifts and quadrupled our staff in order to accomodate all orders and apologize for the delay. We will be completely caught up by the end of the week and are pleaed to report we will then be back on our regular schedule of shipping within 24 hours of receipt of order at that time.
