Dawn, Our records indicate you ordered your product on April 30th. We have experienced a surge in business and are working seven days a week to get all orders shipped in the order in which they were received. Hi Linda, Thank you for your comment. We are behind in shipping out orders due to the recent publicity of Green Coffee Bean on the Dr. Oz show. Our business surged signifcantly over the last week and we are working diligently to ensure all order go out as quickly as possible. We anticipate being caught up by the end of this week and will then be shipping all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Our records indicate you paid using Paypal and it is Paypal's policy to charge credit cards immediately, we have no control over their policy. If you pay using your credit card through our site, it is our policy to not charge until the order is shipped. Your order has been processed and is on it's way to the Post Office for shipping. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail as soon as it is processed by the Post Office. Lisa, We apologize for the delays we are currently experiencing. We had over a 5000% increase in business in the last week alone and are working double shifts, seven days a week to ensure we get caught up and all orders out in the order they were received. Please rest assured, we would not cancel your order unless there was an issue with a Paypal payment or our customer specifically requested a cancellation. Patty, Thank you for your comments. You are correct, we have experienced shipment delays due to the overwhelming response to our 100% pure products and it just so happens there has been alot of national publicity on some of the very items we carry! I am so sorry you have experienced this twice, but we have added personnel and processes to ensure we are back on schedule to ensure all orders are shipped out within 24 hours of receipt by the end of this week! Hi Pam, We are experiencing a slight delay in shipping orders at this time due to the recent exposure on Dr. Oz. I have looked at your order and the reason your credit card has been charged is because you paid using Paypal and this is their policy. Monnie, Please let me apologize for the difficulty you have encountered. You are correct! With the recent surge in business our telephone lines and e-mail capacity has been pushed to the brink. We have added multiple staff members to accomodate the increase in business - it has been a challenge for us!
