I ordered on april 27 iti is now may 14 th have not received itn yet.

I ordered the Green Coffee Bean Extract like everybody else. I ordered on April 27. I just checked on the site and my order shipped yesterday. I am excited to get my order. They were hit hard by being talked about on Dr Oz and had no idea what was going to happen. I feel letting people know status on Facebook was great. Do people remember when it took 6 to 8 weeks to get anything ordered? Thanks Pure Health, I hope I become a repeat customer. :)

Sure, there orders are up 5000%, but the beating they are taking in public opinion cant be good for future business. I ordered in late april and haven't received my order, but patience is a virtue. You people need to chill.

Ordered on 4/30/12; as of 5/15/12, I have not yet received the product. I understand the demand has been overwhelming, and received correspondence apologizing for the delay. I thought this was extremely courteous and above and beyond what most companies would have done. I will re-rate appropriately when I receive my order (assuming this program will allow me to do so).

I placed my order on 4/27/12 and as of today it has not been shipped. I contacted your office on 8 May and your representative assured me my order would be shipped on 11 May. As of this date your web site shows the order has not been shipped. Please cancel my order. I feel that your company cannot keep its commitments to your customers. Thanks for canceling my order

I got a bit concerned after seeing all the reviews, people thinking it was a scam, people getting these blanket letters that went out to everybody about them being swamped (Yes, I got one too) I ordered my Product April 26th, and recieved it May 14th, 3 days shy of 4 weeks. But considering the segment on the Dr. Oz show and imagining how their small company had a million orders I let it slide and waited to review I got my product, it came with an information pamphlet on my product The only reason they didn't get 5 stars was because they said I'd get an email when my order shipped, and I didn't. I'm happy and if this green coffee bean extract works, I will continue to order from them!

shipping was a little slow but to be expected because of customs I still have to try the product so I can't comment on quality yet

I have turned my complaint over to paypal. I ordered this product on April 27, 2012. They stated they would ship in 3-4 business days. To day is May 15,2012 and I do not have the product. No phone communication. Only one e-mail stating the had shipped some of he orders. I think this company is a scam.
