Did not get any shipping information and Never received product. I am stopping payment on credit card. Very disappointed.

I ordered on May 4th, today is May 15th and my order still has not been shipped out yet, I don't even think my card has been charged for the order yet.

I placed an order April 26th and 20 days later, NOTHING! Don't waste your time with an inconsiderate and terrible customer service company. I have called repeatedly to check why I haven't gotten my product and no one answers the phone, they don't return my messages and when I finally speak to someone they just say they are busy and working on it. I have emailed numerous times just to get the same exact generic, impersonal response automatically sent back. This is unacceptable. I am a extremely loyal customer and would give this company so much business but apparently they don't care. Give your business to any other company!!!!

I have been calliing and calling you and all I get is mail box full. I was lucky enough once to get a voice mail with a promise to get back to me and nothing. No responsel I ordered this product on the 3rd of May and still have not recieved it and I am not able to reach you via email, phone and internet. In the meantime you have my money. If I recieve no response by the end of this week, the 18th I will report you to the better business bureau as well as have my lawyer write you a letter. I am reluctant when I order online due to the large number of scams. I have yet to receive my order which makes me terribly uncomfortable.

I placed an order over a month ago. My bank account was charged immediatelly and I have yet to receive my order. I can't judge the product because I have'nt received it, but the company sucks!!

I placed my order back on 5/4 thru your company website, Pure Health100, haven't received my order at all! I don't show that I was charged for the order, tried to call the company directly, nothing indicates the number that you dial is the company site, just throws you into a voicemail box, in which it is ful, can't even leave a voicemail message, no prompts to direct to a live consultant to speak to about the order that you placed.. I hope I didn't get schamed, as your company information was advised by several viewers on the Dr. Oz website.. What is going on???
