Supplier has never sent me a confirmation as to when my order will ship. Is this a scam? Really, really poor customer service!

I placed an order on 4/27/12. I have yet to receive it. I have sent two e-mails,which have NOT been answered. I guess I just lost my money. I would definitely NOT recommend buying anything from purehealth100.com. I only gave it one star because no stars is not an option.

Ordered weeks ago and still no delivery!

I order my product over two weeks ago and still havent recieved it yet and there has no notification we is suppose to arrive . Very disappointed.

The customer service representitave was very nice, polite and very helpful, however, I am not very satisfied as I placed my order on April 28th, 2012, was sent confirmation of my order and I have not heard a word since. I was assured that my ordered would be received in 3-10 business days but that has not happened. When I tried calling to inquire about my order the first few times a recording came on saying that they were experiencing an over abundance of calls and that orders were being shipped. The next few times I called the recording came on saying that the mailbox was full. I understand that they have lots of orders but I feel that when I was told that I would receive my order within 3-10 days and I was sent a confirmation for my order that I should have received it within the 3-10 business day. I feel that a follow-up email should have been sent. I am not sure that I will order from Pure Health again.

I read about people complaining orders were not being shipped. But they did explain why and I got my order in about 3 weeks. No problem for me

Took a few weeks but my April order did arrive in May. Would like to reorder and hope that the turn around time shortens. Thanks
