I like many others ordered pure green coffee bean extract after seeing it on Dr. Oz where millions of viewers saw Dr. Oz say how wonderful the product is for helping people lose weight. Pure Health LLC was inundated with orders and like me, we all wanted it yesterday. I ordered and received and e-mail about them being overwhelmed and adding workers to fill orders (good for them - great for their business). Obviously, this small company was ill prepared for the onslaught of orders and did the very best they could. I did receive my order yesterday and I would ask all to be patient - I don't think the deserve the "bad publicity" they are getting. They did come through - they aren't a scam company - JUST BE PATIENT. As for Dr. Oz - I think he should run for President because obviously he can create jobs instantly just by a suggestion on his T.V. show.

I placed my order on May 1, 2012 and I still have not received my order. I tried call the customer service number several times and the automatic system wanted me to leave a message but I am accustomed to speaking with a live rep. I finally emailed the company with the confirmation number included stating that if I did not hear back from anyone that, I will assume this is a scam. A day later I recieved an email from a rep apologizing and that it is not a scam. She also stated that my order is set to ship. That was on the 15th and today is the 22nd and I still haven't received my order. My experience with this company has not been pleasant, I still don't have my product I ordered, I had to order from another company, which only took 5 buisness days and I had to spend more money. I have never experienced anything like this.

Still awaiting order after nearly a month! Contacted the company with no response. Will never order here again.

I have emailed and tried calling. I have not recieved an order I placed on 5/3 and I have no idea where it is or how to get someone to answer me as to where it is....NEVER again will I order from them.

I am totally disappointed in your company. I had ordered product from you on April 26th and still have not recieved it yet. I have tried everything possible to find out about my order, to no avail. Finally I see on your web site that my order was sent on 5-11-12, and I still have not received my order. Thank God I used Pay Pal. The part that really ticks me off is that there is no way of finding out about my order. Good customer service is NOT ignoring your customers. Please respond to this, as I am filing a claim with paypal. My rating is -100.

My order has been placed for over 15 days and I have not yet received my order. It doesn't even say it has been shipped on the pure health website. I have emailed three times so far with no response and tried calling their service line getting only busy signal or endless ringing. The service stinks for this company!

Unable to reach them on the phone, the number seems to be disconnected....

I'm still waiting to receive my order! I ordered them on 5/4 and it is 5/22. So I can't give any feed back on the item just a poor score for no delivery. And when I call to track my order I get no answer! Very annoying.
