It took about 30 days to get product. Just received the product today so I am not sure if it the product meets expectations but will see what happens in the future.

I never received my order and never received a reply to my email asking about it. When I called the phone was busy or jusy rang and rang. It went to voice mail after business hours but the v-mail was full and couldn't complain or find out what happened to my order. Very bad customer service, NONE.

Well I never recieved my product I am quite dissapointed

No idea. Maybe if I ever receive this order I will leave a review.

I ordered by product on 5/5. I received the email with my confirmation and was charged on my credit card. However, it is now 5/22 and have not received anything. I emailed the company on 5/18 and have not received a response, I called the 1-888 number from the website its just a recording that states the mailbox is full and the operator just cycles back to the recording. I plan to call my credit card company tomorrow, file a complaint and get my money back from the company.

Do NOT buy from this company. They take your money and uyou never hear from them again. Claim they have items in stock - hahahahaha........Scam artists!!!!

I haven't received my product yet (it's been over 2.5 weeks since I ordered), when I call the toll free number it just rings and rings and then says "This mailbox is full". I've emailed twice with no reply. Am I being scammed???

I ordered this product May 3, 2012 and still no product! I understand that this is the hot thing now since Dr Oz had it on the show but wow, 19 days?
