Ordered weeks ago and never got the product.

I placed my order on 5/7/12 and was charged the same day. It is now 5/28/12 and I have not heard from Pure Health nor have I received my order. I found them on Facebook and they said that they were not prepared for the influx of orders after they appeared on Dr. Oz and are running behind. Over a month behind. They were not prepared and should have been. After appearing on Dr. Oz the majority of companies get hit hard. They should have though ahead. I would be more understanding if they took the time to respond to my email request for status update or answered their phones. But they have ignored me and many others. This is poor customer service and will bite them in the end. I just placed an order for a similar product on Amazon and expect to receive it this week, I am paying about the same for it and will receive prompt service.

Horrible customer service. Shipment not received. No response from customer service regarding my inquiry as to where my order is.

Placed an order on the 7th of may until now have not received my order. Tried calling the number no one answers tried emailing and get no response either

I placed an order on 5/7/12, and it is now 5/28/12 and I still have not received anything! I have emailed the company with no response. I tried calling the company, with no response. When I logged onto their website and placed my order number into the system, I showed an order...WITH NO SHIP DATE. I will be calling the company one last time, and if I get no information, I will be calling my bank to demand a refund and place a complaint.

I placed an order on May 8, 2012 and have yet to receive my order even after sending 2 emails to the address they provided. I've also tried calling but on May 23,24 & 25 but no one answered the phone. Next time I will try to find the product on my own since ordering through Pure Health hasn't successful. I wouldn't recommend buying online for any future Pure Health products since they take your money and you receive nothing.

Hello; I received confirmation of my order on May 7th, but I have not received the product, as yet. I've tried calling the number listed, but it keeps ringing busy and I cannot get through. I sent an e-mail to the address listed, but have not received a response. So far, customer service is not good. Donna, NJ

Received no cooperation , please advise shipping date. Credit card was charged $25.00 Thank you in advance
