I placed my order May 7th it is now May 28th and I have yet to receive a tracking number for my order. I've e-mailed pure health with no response. All I want is to get my ordered delivered immediately. I saw much more reviews online which are making me wonder if I placed an order with a scam company. I will definitely not be using pure health in the future.

Seriously I can't believe you asked me to write a survey. I wrote you days ago and asked you to check on my order. Today you email me and ask for my opinion on your service or product. Well I never received product and never got a reply about where it is or refunding my money you took.Thats my opinion or should I say fact

I have only ordered once so far and it might be my last. I ordered on may 7th and have not received my order yet. I have tried to contact pure health by email , message on facebook which I still have not received a response from yet, and I called by phone and no one answers the phone. I know from reading there web site that they are busy, but I wanted to know if an email I received about and error in delivery and a held package that is waiting for me to print off some label and show to post office has anything to do with them. The email does not say whom it is from and since pure health is the only place that I have ordered from i wondered it it was my order. The problem is that I can not get any response from pure health and Im really getting very frustrated with them. Just how are you suppose to reach them?

I ordered 2 bottles of the pure green coffee extract.... I never received them, I wrote a complaint via email it was never answered. I will NEVER purchase anything from your piss poor company again!

I ordered green coffee bean extract on May 7; as of May 28, I have not received the product. I have been unable to contact the company; they haven't responded to emails and their customer service phone is always busy.

I order the product on May 7 and it didn't even ship until May 27...very disappointed about how long I had to wait!!! I still haven't received what I ordered.

I would not use this company ever.. i think they are very very very slow.
