I tried to order a product and it weas never sent to me. If you try to call the company, they never answer the phone. it seems strange that a company that is selling a product never answers the phone. Also I have emailed them twice and they never answered my emails.

I ordered my product and was promised that I would receive it in two weeks, by e-mail response. I still have yet to receive. I am very disappointed, especially after reading all of the other bad feedback. I figured that this would be a reputable company and understand the product demand, but you, the company should not accept orders that you can not fill in the time quoted. This is unacceptable. I paid through paypal, so you got your money instantly, but I have not received anything. Very unsatisfied.

Mailing was slow to receive product, but all contact has ben quick and courteous.

I have not received my order after 3 weeks and I have tried to call and email with no response at all. Wish I had it to do over again. Am trying to get my money back, again with no response. Would not recommend at all. Very bad choice.

I never received my order. Never got a reply on my emails asking about my order and could never get thru when I tried to call. I would never ever refer any one to order from this web site.

I PLACED A ORDER ON MAY 08, 2012, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEM OR A CONFIRMATION THEY SHIP IT. I HAVE THE CHARGE IN DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL BECAUSE I CANT GET THRU YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER.

Ordered item from website and it took very close if not three weeks to receive it. When I called to find out if everything was ok with the order all I got was a recorded message.

Never received my order, no email response, no valid phone number. I will be in touch with the better business bureau. I am pissed off!
