This company is very shady and I am not sure I would deal with them again. I have not received my order and it was placed on 5/7/12. I have called and the phone just rings and rings and rings. I have sent over 10 emails with NO response or communication on the part of the company. I will make sure I tell everyone NOT to purchase from this company as they do not know how to take care of a customer PERIOD!!!!

I PLACED AN ORDER MAY 8TH, 2012. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT. I ORDER TWO BOTTLES OF THE GREEN COFFEE BEAN EXTRACT. I HAVE MADE SEVERAL CALLS TO THE COMPANY AND CANT GET THROUGH BECAUSE EITHER THE VOICE MAIL IS FULL OR I HAVE LEFT A MESSAGE AND NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY PHONE CALL. I ALSO HAVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS AND ONLY ONE EMAIL HAS BEEN RETURNED ASSURING ME THAT THE PRODUCT WILL BE MAILED ANDAS OF 5/27/12 I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THE PRODUCT. COMPANY HAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. SO NOT ONLY HAVE NOT GOT THE PRODUCT, I CANT SEEM TO GET ANY ONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE TO SO I CAN REQUEST A REFUND.

I ordered my pills on May 8 and my order was shipped on the 27th. I understand that they were over loaded from the Dr. Oz show, but they should have sent an email informing customers that their pills would be delayed. I called various times but there was a recording stating that they were busy getting the orders ready and I was never able to speak to anyone. I dont even know if the pills are as pure as they advertise as I havent received them.

i hadn't heard of green coffee extract until my mother told me about it. she said she had heard about it on dr. oz a week or so before we placed our order. we wanted to try it so we went to pure health's website and looked at the product. seemed simple enough so we placed an order. that was a month ago. still haven't received the product. this request for me to complete the survey is the first correspondence i'm receiving from the company. i'm disappointed because after checking the company's facebook page, i learned that they were extremely overwhelmed because of the dr. oz publicity (i get that). however, after receiving 10,000 orders the first day after the airing of the show and even more orders the day after that, the company failed to mention that on their website!! they allowed people to continue to place orders knowing full well they would be able to fulfill them in a timely fashion!!! sounds like pure greed. they wanted the orders...they wanted the money. and YES, they took the money from my checking account via debit card. no. i did NOT use paypal and YES my card was charged/accounted debited and the product was never received. i doubt i'll ever order from this company again because of the poor business practices (as opposed to the slow shipment after being inundated which is excusable). i sent the company an email asking where my order was i never got a response. when i read their facebook page they said they were sending automated emails with order information...i have yet to receive. hopefully i'll be able to find this product in store. if not, i'll just have to find an alternative.

As of yet I haven't received my order. I tryed to email, no response. I tryed to phone cutomer service, no response.

I ordered 2 bottles Pure Coffee Green Extract from Pure Health over 3 weeks ago. I still haven't received my pills I tried calling and no one answers the phone. I e-mailed them and had no response from them. I contacted Pay Pal and put in a dispute with them yesterday, maybe they can get a response from them. I'm hoping I don't lose my $25.00 that I paid them. This company is not reputable in my opinion.

Does not answer e mails or phone ! Opened a claim with Paypal.
