I placed my order and it took almost a month to receive. I tried to call and the line was busy every time I tried. I sent an e mail and heard nothing back. Then I sent an e mail trying to cancel my order and it showed up two days later. I would never order from this company again nor recommend them!

I realize you were probably swamped with orders after the Dr. Oz show. I tried to call customer service and no one would anwer, just a voice message that said the mail box was full. I wrote an e mail regarding the status of my order, but recieved no answer to the e mail. Very slow shipment of my order. I don't know if I would order from this company again.

I am seeing a difference.

I waited quite a long time for my order to arrive. When it finally did get here I found that I only received 1 bottle - I had ordered 2 to qualify for the free shipping. I have sent several e-mails to customer service but have received NO RESPONSE. I have also tried calling their phone number - but nobody answers the phone. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN!!!

I waited almost 3weeks to receive the product I ordered only to receive a product I did not order. I was given a completely different product. Thank goodness I saved the order form. They also listed the correct product on the original order form and sent a completely different product.

When I finally received the order, I ended up with three bottles of the same product instead of two of the same product and one of another. The included invoice/statement was correct. They were back ordered and should have told people that they weren't prepared for the massive orders as a result of the Dr. Oz show.

I ordered vitamins on the 5th of may and bought two items at once for the "free shipping" deal. I also ordered a product from a different company located in Korea and another company located in Hong Kong on the same morning. Less than two weeks passed and the product I bough from Korea showed up with a customer service number and a thank you note. Two more days passed and I revieved my product from China with a customer service contact. More than two MORE weeks passed and I finally recieved my vitamins from your website. If I had known I would've have to wait close to a month to recieve your products I would've gone to high health and gotten what I wanted the very next day and I would've gotten a bigger bottle and recieved rewards. I guess I'm just confused as to why it took so long and why your expensive products come in such tiny portions. This will be the first and last time I do business with your company and I will be letting friends/family know about my poor experience. You may want to think about making your "free shipping" worth having your guests purchase an additional product.

I ordered some green coffee bean extract on May 9. As I am typing this it is June 3. I still have not received my product or had a respose from the email I sent. Not happy at all!
