I placed my order May 8th. I received confirmation email right away. After a week I looked up my order but it did not have a ship date on it. I sent two emails asking if item was back ordered and estimate of ship date to which I did not get a reply. I then tried to call customer service number but got message thar my phone could not place that call. I at that time thought site was fraud. I did get my order three weeks after I placed it. Glad it wasn't fraud but better customer service is needed,

product may be good (I'm hoping) and will be happy to report later, but shpg. took way too long!

It took over a month to get the product, as they must be overwhelmed with orders, thanks to Dr. Oz, bless his heart. I think the product has potential but you don't much product for the money - about $13 for 30 capsules. This is frustrating considering how slow they are with shipping. I wish Professional Supplements carried the product - I use them all the time and they are excellent.

The prices was good and free shipping was very attractivel However, it took nearly a month to receive my order. That slowness makes me wonder about ordering again.

I had a difficult time making contact with Pure Health . My initial order was May 13, and I did not receieve any information regarding shipment of my order. I got an order confirmation on the same date, but nothing else. I telephoned on May 20 and they assured me they were shipping the order on May 25. I still received no shipping information. On May 29 my credit card was charged for the order. I tried calling on May 30 and May 31, but the phone did not work. I tried calling the phone company to check out the number, but they could not help me because it was a toll free number. Finally I went on to the Web Site, and found the customer reviews. After reading these, I was sure I had been scammed. No one was receiving their orders yet they were being charged for the product. I finally called my credit card company to dispute the credit card charge. I sent two emails regarding order status and received no response. Much to my amazement, the order arrived on Saturday, June 2. Too much stress. Would not order from this comany again.

Even with the back order of the product I ordered. I still feel that the service your company provided was very efficient. With up to date statues on my order thank you!!

I have ordered from this company twice. The first order arrived in two weeks. I am still waiting for the order I placed on May 13th and it's JUNE 3rd. I ran out of product while waiting. Last week I found the exact same product on the self at the local Walmart so I won't need to endure the long wait again.

I am not happy with the way my order was processed. It took three weeks to arrive and I didn't recieve a complete order. Sent two emails asking for a reason, however never got an answer. The paper report showed 2, but I got one. I am sending this package back and will not place another order ever. I expect to have my funds returned to my account asap.
