Order placed several weeks ago and took way too long to arrive.

I have ordered twice from your company. The first order took a month, but the second order came in alittle over two weeks. Thanks for sending this sooner as I wanted to try the new product. I will order again from you.

Great product but have now ordered twice and has taken at least 3 weeks to receive my order each time. Most recently I ordered mid may and my products were not shipped out until May 29 which was two weeks later and I STILL have not received them yet! This order is going on a month now which seems ridiculous! I'm not sure I will continue ordering supplements as i need faster service.

Took 2 orders sent one 3 weeks later and not the other. Charged my card for the large order of 10 bottles . Never answer phone or emails. Don't know if I'll everr get my $130 back for nothing. I'm out of country so it is too late for them to send now.

when I ordered the site never said they were out of the product. I kept checking to see when it was shipped 2 weeks later said it was shipped but now 5 weeks later I have yet to recieve it. They were sure to take my money right away but when you call the number it's out of service??? no return to emails sent to the listed email addy either?? I am not happy at all..

Pure health has had alot of orders because of the pure green coffee bean extract, so I am being patient with them, my order should be at my place in a couple days. I have a small business and understand how hard over 300,000 orders in one month must have been. They had excellent reviews before so we have no business calling them a scam now. One thing tho, Don't use UPS for orders being shipped to canada, UPS charges a brokerage fee to every single item because they have their own brokerage, and its 50% of the retail value of them item, not of what you paid, what they think its worth, pure health sells their coffee beans pretty cheap, so UPS is gonna wanna charge me about $25+ at the door for 2 bottles. Use fedex or USPS(yes USPS can ship to canada)They have cheaper brokerage fees and the package is picked at random for brokerage its not every single time. Just something to think about.

I placed my order on May 17,2012 and today is June 07,2012, I do not have my order. I have called customer service at 1-888-323-9355 and left my phone #,name & confirmation # for someone to call me and no one has.
