I was so disappointed with this company's customer service. I sent email after email and still have not received a response regarding my order. The phone number on the website only worked twice in the two weeks that I place my order. The product is great but the company? Never again will I order from them.

I have been purchasing products from Pure Health for almost a year now and have yet to be disappointed in the quality of their products or their excellent customer service. I trust this company completely and know they truly care about their reputation and the products they sell. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting or needing a quality vitamin product for themselves or their family.

I have been taking the raspberry ketones for the past month and love your 400mg formula. When I reordered my second month supply I was very dissapointed in the shipping time; nearly 3 1/2 weeks from order to delivery. I emailed the company twice and did not get any response. I called customer service atleast six times before I got someone to answer the phone. I was told my order would be hand pulled and shipped that day. It still took nearly 12 days to receive the product. I'm glad that it is finally here.

As of today (6/8) I still have not received the items I ordered. According to my order history, the ship date was 5/29. I originally placed my order on or around the first of MAY 2012. My credit card was billed, but, as I mentioned above...I still do not have my product. Can some please give me an update. I cannot speak to a live person when I call the number listed on my order receipt.

I was very eager to try the product when I first purchased it. The only problem is that it took too long to get it. I did receive the items I ordered, so no complaints later.

The ordering process was easy...but as I have not received my goods or notices as to the long delay I cannot give a rave review.

Had no problem betting my order

On 5/9/12 I ordered 6 btls. Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract & 2 btls. Pure Black Raspberry. I was told the Coffee Bean Extract was on back-order which was fine. But my entire order was held up and not shipped until the Coffee Bean Extract was on hand and I did not receive my order of anything until 6/4/12. To my surprise the 2 btls. of Pure Black Raspberry I had ordered had been replaced by 2 btls. of Raspberry Ketone. I didn't order this stuff but they don't send any return shipping labels so to return this stuff is at my own expense. They need a better checking system before mailing.
