I have placed 2 orders online so far. The 1rst order took around 9 or 10 days to be delivered by mail. My latest order took a full 18 days, also by mail. I don't know if you were low on inventory or so busy that it took so much time. I complained by email direct to Pure Health and never got an answer. Service leaves to be improved quickly.

I placed my order the first week of May. I did not receive my order until the end of May! I attempted to e-mail the company and received no response. I attempted to call the company several times. The first time I was connected to a recording that said they were behind in fulfilling their order but expected to be caught up by the weekend. Two more weeks went by before my order was delivered. I attempted to call the customer service number on several other occasions and was not able to get through - not even to a recording. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service of this company. I cannot review the product as of yet because I just started using it due to the delay in delivery.

This company, as all selling green coffee beans, was hit with MANY orders following the Dr. Oz show. Although shipping was slow I did receive my product. I had emailed a question and did not receive an answer until after I received the product. I know why the shipping was slow, however this company is getting many undeserved bad reviews simply because they failed to communicate to their customers. I recommend hiring someone just to answer emails and phone calls to let your customers know that what they paid for will be there. All the reviews I read were negative and the only reason is poor customer service. It is hard to trust retail on the internet and people don't like to think they have been scammed. Just let people know what's going on.

I placed an order quite awhile ago after hearing about green coffee extract and raspberry ketone on Dr. Oz. The first time I placed an order I was very satisfied, very quick arrival of product, and completely satisfied with the product once I received it. Then a month ago decided to order some more before I ran out, and read a lot of negative reviews about speed of delivery, so I figured the sooner the better. I still have not received my second order that I have placed. I am trying to be patient, because I understand that millions of people watch that show and are probably flooding them with orders, but I was really happy with the product and would like to continue it without interuption. Maybe they should warn customers as to a wait time when they order, so they can order more at one time, or hire more workers to meet orders. Very happy with product, a little disappointed with wait time on my second order.

I was waiting too long for my order, while I send email to customer service, did not get any answer. Finally after 1 month I get my order, sorry for myself.

I emailed three times and never received an email back, I didn't even know my item had shipped until it was in my mail box. This was by far the worst online shopping experience that I have had.

Tried calling and voice mail was full. Emailed and the response was that "As soon as your order ships out, you will receive your tracking number via e-mail and your order will arrive shortly thereafter! You can expect your order to ship within 14 business days from the date of order, once shipped you will receive tracking information." Did not receive my order for 30 days. Did not receive an email with a tracking #. I sent a second email and did not get any response on that email. Very dissatisfied with service.

The product rocks and great quality with customer service!
