I like the product that I ordered, but was disappointed that it took over 3 weeks to receive. In addition to that, I was never able to reach a customer service representative to find out why my order was taking so long to receive. It is imperative that customers be able to reach a business that has their credit card information. There was no access to voicemail and the phone rang continually. .

I purchased the green coffee bean extract Weeks after it aired on Dr.Oz. when 72 hours phased I heard nothing about shipping I contact pure health 100 via email no response ever they took my money but wouldn't respond to my emails. I went on their Facebook and read 100's of similar complaints and they never responded except for to say they were overwhelmed....a month later still no response and no pills. I have reported then to the BBB as did many others and I'm a nurse so when people ask I do not them.

I haven't even got a chance to see if the raw coffee beans work because I can't get any more. I have a order for 12 bottles and the website says it shipped 5/29/12. Which it is now 6/11/12. I dont think so. They don't answer their phone or call you back when you leave a message. They sure have got their money though from my credit card. Not looking too good to me. I will be looking somewhere else to buy my green coffee beans from now on.

I knew there would ba a wait for the product after being seen on Dr OZ! The company was obviously overwhelme with the abundance of orders, but were dedicated to responding to the concerns of their customers. I got a great response from them and will continue to order from them! Great job Pure Health

I ordered two bottles of raspberry keytones and two bottles of green coffee beans. Although I received an order confirmation for the correct items ordered they shipped four green coffee beans and no raspberry keytones. I sent an email pointing out the mistake and got no response. I didn't think I should have hadto pay return postage for the wrong items that were shipped so I kept the items that I didn't need or want.

I understand that a company can be overwhelmed, but the communication with this company has been terrible. The Green Coffee Bean Extract I ordered in April was still not delivered several weeks later. I contacted the company only to be told then that it was on backorder and that they have been overwhelmed with orders. I was asked if I would still like to cancel my order and if so it would be done immediately. I asked to cancel my order and to please refund my money completely and immediatelty. I still have not received my refund and it has been 4 weeks since my cancellation. Don't bother ordering from this company.

I placed an order. I received a confirmation email. After several weeks and the order status showed no "shipping information", I sent a email. I tried calling but the line did not go through. I sent a second and a third email. I was concerned that there continued to be no update - according to the website there should have been - and that I could not get a phone call through. It also concerned me that I received no response to my emails sent to "customer service". This seems very inappropriate and shows a serious flaw in the business structure. I received my product the same day I had planned to call my credit card company and dispute the charge and cancel the order (as noted in two of the emails I had sent). I am happy with the product but not the level of professionalism of Pure Health. There are a number of products available at Pure Health that I was interested in. And of course I want to re-order my Green Coffee Bean extract - but I want to know there is movement on their end after the sale is made to keep customers appraised of their order status and an ability to communicate. A simple message saying "we got your email and we will get back to you" - or "your order is being processed and it should ship within x days". I am not certain I will use pure health again. The experience made me very uneasy. My credit card was charged nearly instantly - but the follow-through and feedback to repeated requests is significantly less efficient. Taking the money from customers is only one part of customer service - at least in my book. And by the way - I still do not have any response to my emails - not that the product was shipped - not - thanks for contacting us and we show you received your product - nothing. Just dead silence. I guess Pure Health is hoping I will continue to use their products and order - just because. Odd to have that kind of attitude in this day and age.

After I placed my order on line I couldn't figure out how to tell when my order would be shipped. When I tried to call the number given I could never get through to anyone. I sent an email to customer service to cancel my order and never heard from them. I checked my credit card a week later and I hadn't been charged so I assumed they weren't sending my order. I then reordered from another company at a lower price, received that order within a week and then two days later received the Pure Health order on top of it.
