Though it took a while to get my order once I did everything was just as promised. The staff was friendly during the pocess as I waited for me order, they answered questions as best they could with unpridictiable timelines. I will order again

Took a month to get what I ordered. No phone number or address to get a hold of. Hope the products are for real.

I placed my order on a Sunday and when I checked status on Thursday it was showing that the product had not shipped. I tried to call customer service for the next 2 weeks and every time I got a message that the v-mail was full. I sent 3 emails on status and 1 on cancelling the product, still not response. approximately 3-4 weeks after I ordered on line the product showed up.

I have had monster intestinal problems for many years..lactose intolerance, diverticulitis, no gallbladder, and had to delete so many foods (mayo, salad dressing, cheese) from my diet. After taking the raspberry ketones for about a week ,along with the green coffee bean extract I am again able to eat these. Ofcourse in moderation but I never thought anything short of surgery would give me relief. To me it'ds like a miracle and the added energy and 4 lb weight loss , so far, has been amazing. I have a super sensitive system so am only taking 1 of each daily...AMAZING!!! I usually don't endorse products but these 2 are well worth it!!!!!!! I ordered a product which I have yet to receive. I have called customer service 4 times and e-mailed them 3 times, all with no response. I have yet to talk to anyone at Pure Health. I also still do not know what is happening with my order. Upsetting customers is a hell of a way to run a business..

I placed an order on 5-21-12, and i called last week several times left messages and even talked to a rep. She told me to wait a few days my order was just shipped out. Ok im still waiting. Ive called several times today and all i got was the answering machine. I think all i want now is my money back. Does it really take a month to get my order. Im not happy at all...

My experience with Pure Health was NOT a good one... 1. Shipping of the product took approx 1 month to receive 2. I emailed the company numerous of times and no one responded 3. In my opinion, they should have been prepared for the amount of orders they would receive (especially if your showing it on the Dr. Oz show) Would I buy from them again? No, probably not Does the product work? I have yet to try it

Istill have not received any product I ordered 3 May 2012. Invoice 111211 I tried calling and the phone just rang (one long continuous ring). Isent 3 e-mails and NO RESPONSE.
