I think it is important to tell your customers that a 30 capsule bottle is only good for 10 days if you follow the directions on the bottle. Why not have a size that is a month's supply? That would be more environmentally responsible.

I think it took too long 1 month to be delivered, this rating email came 2 weeks before the coffee beans came. sorry :-(

It took over 3 weeks to receive my order. I continuously tried to contact customer service with no success. Also, when I emailed them they responded with "we are not sure what happened to your order" & no solution. Miraculously I received my order 3 days later with no explanation or apology. When I wrote them back to let them know I had received my order they stated they were glad I had finally received it…again no apology. I will never do business with this company again since they don’t seem to know what they are doing.

I order the coffee bean green extract, when it arrived it was a smaller bottle then I though but was as described, just the photo on the website does not make you see it a small dose. Lucky I order two bottles because it does t tell you a bottle will not last you a month, which is the minimum to try I think and see any benefits

Ordered two bottles of the green coffee bean extract-great product just took almost 3 weeks to receive it! And with no phone number for any contact everything is done vial email with no responses to emails i sent requesting status until they actually shipped it almost 3 weeks after ordering

I placed my order 3 weeks ago and still have not received my order. I did get the wrong thing sent to me, I call called and they said they would send to correct item in 5 days. Still waiting!

I ordered 4 bottles green coffee beans and 4 bottles raspberry ketones on may 22ND and still haven't received it yet.
