Ordered from this company on April 28 2012 and have sent a email to inquire as when I can expect deliver, no reponse to my email and I have not received my order.

After ordering, it took a 1.5 weeks before receiving my package.

I ordered 4 bottles of green coffee extract, and it seemed to be taking a little longer than I thought. So, I phoned in and a very friendly customer servivce person let me know the product had been shipped, as well as why the delay. I did receive the product the next day. But, only 2 bottles were in the package so I phoned in and the very courteous customer service person said "no problem" and I received my other 2 bottles within a few days. So, I am happy to receive my quality products but also glad that if you have an issue they handle it with professionalism.

hard to get ahold of on the phone, never could! tryed very many times. Internet ordering was very difficult, but I had to try your product from good recomendations. We will see!! Also cannot except Terms and Conditions if I don't know what they are !!!

i was ve -ry disappointed with this product - coffee beans- i should know by now that there are no quick fixes

It would be nicer to have a better turn around time from when the order is placed to when the order is shipped and received.

first of all it took way to long to receive order........pure health sent a letter explaining the delay three weeks after i placed my order......and to top it all off the green coffee did not work........i will not be placing another order with pure health........

I am not impressed.i placed an order for one item almost a month ago and still have yet to receive it!!! not cool pure health!
