It took longer than expected for product to arrive. I have been taking these for 2 weeks and see no difference in my weight. I will continue to take them for several weeks to ascertain their efficacy.If there are no obvious results, of course, I will discontinue.

Good afternoon Connie, It looks like it did take a while for your package to arrive. It was ordered on 5/4 and delivered on 6/26, according to the information and tracking number I have, I apologize for the delay. I can assure that we're back to our normal order-to-ship status of 1-2 days for processing and 3-5 days for shipping. As with any new vitamin/supplement is it recommended that you wait at least 2 weeks to see any changes as it takes time for it to accumulate in your system. Make sure you're following the directions, exactly, on the bottle and you may see better resutls if you take more than 2 pills, as the bottle suggests. I recently placed two different orders from PureHealth. At first I was puzzled by the slow delivery but when I read the explanation on Facebook it made absolute sense. To be mentioned on Dr. Oz without warning is both a blessing and a challenge. Both my orders arrived in perfect condition and very quickly considering. I will be ordering from them again. I hope their growth continues. It's nice to see a small business grow in this economy and in a business climate where it's so difficult to get through all the red tape.

I made a purchase in April. I recieved a confirmation number and notice that is shipped on May 12. I never recieved the product, I checked to see if my shipping info was correct, it was. I called and left several messages with customer service, and got no response.

Hi Marti- I am very sorry to hear that you have not received your package yet. I did check on the status of your order, but when I saw your April 26th order date I immediately knew the problem. Your order has indeed not shipped yet. I am very sorry about that. We received so many orders after our product was featured on Dr. Oz that our shipping process was overloaded and many orders placed on that day never got put out.
