Still waiting on my order to be shipped to me.
I ordered on April 26, 2012 and have yet to receive my product. They were quick to charge my account but have not shipped yet. First I was told it would be 12-15 business days - nothing. I called and talked to someone who told me she was going to reship the next day - nothing. She also gave me her email address. I contacted her - no response. I emailed before the phone call three times and finally received a response last week (three weeks later). I called again last week. The girl said she was going to reship it the next day and should be here by Saturday. It is Saturday and nothing. It has been almost 2 months. Don't think I will recommend this company to anyone. Matter of fact, I think I will discourage anyone from using this company.

Dear Susan, I deeply apologize that you've not only had to deal with waiting for your order for so long, but the communication that you've had has been minimal. I do see that your order, left our warehouse on 6/20 as it had to be reordered and re-processed and was delivered by the post office on 6/25. These are our regular shipping times. We're finally back to our normal order-to-ship times which are 1-2 days from the time you place the order to process, then 3-5 business days for shipping. Again, thank you so much for your patience.
