Hi Linda, I was very sorry to read about your experience with our company. The reason you were billed for $68.98 is because there is a one time $15 shipping/handling fee for all orders going to Canada. I am extremely sorry if this was not clear when you were placing your order. Once you change your address to Canada, the invoice automaticlly adjusts and that fee appears. That covers the customs and brokerage charges for getting the package to Canada. Again, I am very sorry if that was not made clear to you when you were placing your order. Sincerly, Brent

Hi Joel, Thank you very much for your recent review. Good News! You can register as a returning customer when you check out. I believe you get the option to sign up on the left hand side of the shopping cart screen. That will save all your information and you do not have to keep typing everything in. Also, you can do this if you prefer to place your orders over the phone as well. Just tell us you are a returning customer and that will save you some time.
