Hi De, I am very sorry that this happened. It does say on our store policy page that we can only ship to US and Canada locations. It does not appear opeanly when you are placing the order. Our research has shown that 90-95% of people who take the supplement are losing weight while on the regimen. With any product of this type, there is a small population (10-15%) of people who the supplement may not be as effective for.
