I ordered green coffee beans and rasberry ketones. Although they arrived fairly quickly, I am unable to take them. I get heart palpitations and feel like I am going to faint. I wish I would not have spent so much money. It was a waste. [email protected]

Only because I called do I know that they have been "overwhelmed" with orders that they are struggling to fill. If that is the case, then notify the consumer of the delay. I was told that my order would be here "by the end of the next week." That would have been September 30. It's now October 5--I have no order and no explanation. Shoddy business practices.

There was indeed a problem with your package and it was very shipped back on the 18th of sepetember as listed on your invoice. What I am going to do is expedite your package to you today. Whenever Dr. OZ talks about one of our products, there is always a huge influx of order and we try our best to be prepared. I placed an order for 2 items on September 13/2012, Conf. #212007 i have only received half my order. I have made several attempts to call but except for one time I am always forwarded to a voicemail ! A customer service finally answered my call on October 2 where she took down my phone number and told me she would call me the next day regarding my order, didn't happen! Still has not happened. I am not a fan of your customer service and would like very much to receive the item I have paid for, very expensive may I add, So if someone actually reads this please send the second half of my order or credit me immediately!! According to the tracking information Dorene mailed you a second package on the 10th. It should arrive to you in a few days. So I started taking these. And I've been on it for about a week and a half now. And I feel like it has only worked like 2 days. I will wait and give it more time. But as of now I rate it a 5 on a scale of 1-10

Pure Health was very professional in shipping my order. After placing my order I realized an error was made on my part, immediately upon contacting Pure Health via email, they responded very quickly and made the necessary changes to my shipment. The order was received in a very timely fashion and within the timeframe told to me. This order was placed from northern New Brunswick, Canada and came all the way from Texas faster than most delivery within my own country. Product arrived as described, and has assisted in digestion and feeling of well-being. I was extremely disappointed that the shipping took 12 days to arrive. Apparently they use a contractor via the USPS.

Had difficulty with shipping. Took 10 days to arrive and it the bottle was a bit crushed. The product - green coffee beans, not sure if they really do work yet. Customer service by email were very responsive however, every time I emailed to inquire where my order was.
