I love the products but shipping took way too long. My first order came in 6 days, my second in 10. Other companies I've ordered from with similar shipping methods don't take as long; 5 or 6 days tops. 10/13/12: again, companies with similar shishipping methods (free) do not take as long no matter if an order was placed on, before ot after a weekend

I never received my package. I contacted the company after 13 days. They tried to tell me it shipped 2 days before my email but the tracking clearly showed a package went out the day I contacted them. It's now been 20 days and the package still has not arrived.
