Hi Judy, Let me say how sorry I am that there was a shipping delay with your order. Whenever Dr. OZ talks about one of our products, there is always a huge influx of order and we try our best to be prepared. We did not know in advance about the episode last month, and we were taken off guard. I assure you that if you were to place another order with us, there would be no such delay. Hi Melissa, I am extremely sorry that your first experience with Pure Health was unpleasant. This is not normally how we do business. It normally takes us about a week to get your package to you. We received thousands of orders after the Dr. OZ talked about our Green Coffee Bean with Svetol. This slowed all our operations down and it slowed us down getting your package delivere. Again I am very sorry about this. In the future there should be no such delays if you choose to order from us again. Thank you very much for your order and your review! I can only say that or the past few week we have been inundated with call and emails for your newest product Green Coffee Bean with Svetol. This has slowed all our operations down and effected our ability to communicate with customers. I am very sorry that there was a delay in us getting your package shipped out to you. Normally it takes us between 24-48hr. to get you your package. We have been backed up with all the orders we have been getting since the Dr Oz program aired. Hi Lauri, Thank you very much for your recent purchase from Pure Health. Let me say how sorry I am that there was a shipping delay with your order. Whenever Dr. OZ talks about one of our products, there is always a huge influx of order and we try our best to be prepared. We did not know in advance about the episode last month, and we were taken off guard. We had to email you a tracking notification before your package was actually shipped beccause our operations is set up to ship the next day after an order is placed, but when we got so many orders we had to print and email tracking numbers. And then pack-up order later. I am very sorry again about this confusion. I assure you that if you were to place another order with us, there would be no such trouble.
